During the day I receive over a hundred emails. I use Firefox and the OWA web client. To move emails to the relevant folders or delete them I try to select them as a group. Otherwise to select 100+ emails one by one and the move them is a time consuming task. As OWA current select an email group is quite broken I have to run select in groups of ten with the page refreshing 3 times and group selects unreliable due to issues.
The following issues have occurred:
Cannot select more than 10-15 emails at a time. Error message appears on screen to report overload.
Cannot select group using the shift key-click as this prompts the client to select a completely different group of emails below the selected region. The select with the shift-click has to be a trial and error as the select cannot understand the mouse location equivalent email that is being selected and so picks a random one quite often.
Cannot select group via mouse.
The page must reload twice to become usable. Once to update the status and contents of the current folder and once because you tried to select another email in that folder after the first reload, (select an email and hold shift ready for next group select and it will refresh before you can finish selecting the group).
Please fix this. It is discouraging to say the least and I am considering moving mail clients because it is this much of a time wasting hassle each day and week.
