My Android Optimus S is no longer able to connect with my Office 365 email.
After much failed troubleshooting I have completely deleted the account from my phone and from the Outlook webpage. I'm attempting to add it fresh with many variations of the settings below but still no luck.
Domain\Username: Stephanie.Erickson@Erickson-Legal.com
Password: ***
Server: m.outlook.com
The domain name entry above is my working email address. The associated webpage is www.erickson-legal.com. I have verified that my password is correct (by logging on on the website).
I have gone through the instructions and troubleshooting in the article here: http://help.outlook.com/en-us/140/dd940179.aspx, including trying various server names (pod51019.outlook.com and bluprd0811.outlook.com/owa) with no luck. Any other ideas?
