I've reviewed other threads, but was instructed to create a new thread, so here goes.
I've been migrated to Exchange Online for several months and my organization is setup in a hybrid configuration. When I migrated, I modified the mxExchArchiveName and msExchRemoteRecipientType attributes to trigger the addition of the Archive mailbox.
I have rolling litigation hold setup on my mailbox to keep all items for 6 years.
I also have a retention policy setup with two default tags. One tag moves items to my archive mailbox after 18 months. The 2nd deletes items in my mailbox older than 6 years.
I can verify that my archive mailbox is setup properly and I can access the Archive mailbox in Outlook and OWA.
In Outlook->File->Info, my Account settings shows that "Mail messages in this account are automatically moved to the Online Archive after: 1 year, 6 months"
I've already run the PS commands to start assistant to apply tag and operate on items.. I've done this multiple times over the last month.
I do not see any messages being moved to the archive, even though I can see email that is older than 18 months in my various folders in Outlook.
Anyone else having similar problems?
