Although I have been a Microsoft fan for years, it is the little things that drive me nuts! They want me to run my business on office365... that are even pressuring us to use the cloud in Windows 8, yet the reliability is just not there. I need access to run my business.. Time down is money lost. Because of this I have to move to another source for my on-line cloud services. Microsoft just doesn't do the little things well enough to earn my business anymore.
