I'm having a problem w/attachments emailing correctly from Oulook 2010 via Office 365.
My business partner is using the Windows Live Mail client w/a Live.com email account. She is not able to open some of the attachments I send. It appears that if I email a new message w/an attachment it works ok but if I Reply to one of her messages and add an attachment she is unable to see it.
More info...
Her inbox shows the attachment icon but when I open the message it is not visible. The size in the inbox also indicates there is an attachement. If she opens the mesage from Hotmail.com she can see the attachment. This doesn't happen w/email from anyone else (just Office 365).
Any help is appreciated.
