Background: I have a Windows 8 Phone device. I have an active Microsoft Office 365 Home Premium subscription. I can verify my subscription through the Office 365 portal with the applicable service license, and I can access Outlook through my desktop.
Problem: When I click > Office live tile on the phone > Office 365 and try to login it fails everytime. I have checked my password and user credentials many, many times and know they are correct.
After this fail it then offers me a field to enter a Domain (which isn't applicable) and the Server (which I now understand to be m.outlook.com as per http://community.office365.com/en-us/wikis/exchange/troubleshooting-email-connectivity-on-your-mobile-phone-and-tablet.aspx)
I'm currently trying to get the name of my server. However, the steps outlined above don't line up with Office 2013/365.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
