Error: Could not synchronize item

Hi,

I get continuous sync errors of exchange items between the online exchange server and one Outlook for Mac 2011 user.

If a calendar event is created in Outlook for Mac 2011, it appears in MS365 web. Responses from invited people are recieved both places but they do not appear in Outlook for Mac. It is difficult to know what the sync errors refferr to, but it would be my guess that it is this error that causes them. Other things seem to be working fine.

The error displayed says (translated as the original is in Norwegien)

In order to find out who has responded, and what has been responded the user now has to enter the web-client.
