No inbound or outbound emails

Hello,

I have a 365 account setup, domain verified and it has been functioning correctly for months. Me and other users on the 365 account are currently not receiving inbound emails and can not send outbound emails.

 

We can not access emails on both Outlook and Outlook Web Access (OWA)

 

Email address is entered into email settings on the user correctly.

 

Any help?
