I have spent 3 weeks spinning my wheels on trying to figure out why outlook is suddenly disconnected even going so far as to delete outlook accounts and reinstate. Does anyone know how to get support from the people I am paying to host my accounts? Here is what I have tried:
1. Remove and re-install Outlook
2. Remove and re-instate Outlook email account
3. Verify Cname on the server isautodiscover.outlook.com
4. Change server address to smtp.outlook.office365.com (from bl2prd0710.mailbox.outlook.com)
Can anyone help? The system indicates that "You cannot open service requests during this preview release" which I find astronomically frustrating since I had NO CHOICE in the matter and continue to pay for the service every month!
