I have setup an inbox rule so that when an email from a specific email address is received with a specific subject and the word 'York' in the body, the email automatically gets forwarded to 2 other recipients.
The rule was created in Outlook 2010 and I have checked on OWA where it is also active (see OWA rule below).

When I created and ran this rule for the first time, it worked however whilst this rule is currently turned on, I have today received the following email which meets all the criteria specified above and it has not forwarded the email to the intended recipients.
