Mobile setup of Account using POP or IMAP

I have successfully had my andriod phone working to send and receive email before January of this year.  As of the beginning of January it stopped working.  I am still able to send and receive email from my PC outlook and from my portal.microsoftonline.com account.   I have double checked my settings and am using the proper settings and ports under home, options, Settings for POP and IMAP. ( see below)  I deleted the account from my phone and have hence tried to reload it and it tells me my user name or password are incorrect.  It is the same user name and password I use for my PC outlook and Portal login.  I have also tried to setup a POP/IMAP account on an iphone and ipad with the same results.  I am using my full email address as the login and the same password I use for Outlook and the portal.   Any suggestions would be great.

 

POP setting
Server name: pod******.outlook.com
Port: 995
Encryption method: SSL

IMAP setting
Server name: pod*****.outlook.com
Port: 993
Encryption method: SSL

SMTP setting
Server name: pod*****.outlook.com
Port: 587
Encryption method: TLS
