Bizarre problem affecting just one account at one location!

I have an issue that just cropped up in our office last week.

We have 7 users, all of which were working fine in & out of the office.

One user came in last week and found that Outlook 2007 was disconnected from the server.

Despite all efforts, I could not reconnect it, so in order to get this person back to work I suggested OWA.  Lauched IE and logged into the Portal Home with no problem.  Clicked the link for Inbox and after waiting for a bit we get Page Cannot Be Displayed.  Different browsers yield same results.

Log out of the Portal Home and log back in as ANY of the other users and OWA Inbox works fine.

Brought in a spare laptop, connected to the network and exact same symptoms with OWA & Outlook 2010.  Everything works fine with all users except the affected one.

Now, leave this location - go to a coffee shop or home or anywhere else except the office and everything works fine with Outlook and OWA.

I have reset, replaced or bypassed every network component in the office with the exception of the Comcast modem.  No change.

Can anyone give me any idea as to why the Exchange server (all users are on bl2prd0512) would block access to 1 user from just this location?

Thanks
