Lync on Premise Conversation history not showing after integration with Exchange online

I have finished Lync on premise integration with Exchange online and enabled Unified Messaging for couple of users and I can successfully connect to Voice mail and other users can leave me voicemail without any issue..


The only issue that I'm facing currently is that Lync on premise doesn't show conversation history and unable to connect to both EWS URLs.  I have created a Cname record in my internal DNS to point the autodiscover.mydomain.com to autodiscover.outlook.com, but that didn't change anything! 


The same thing with Lync Mobile.


Any advise ?
