Hello - I previously was set up and connected to my emails on Office 365 but now when I log in, it does not display any of my emails. I am still receiving emails in my normal Outlook. I can send from this online outlook just fine, and I sent myself a test email from the online account and I received that email in my normal Outlook and this online account, but I never received a single other email. Also, when I am logged in, I will get a notification (beeping) and a short display that I have a new email....but it never shows up in my inbox.
I am just confused as I have had all my other emails displayed here before. When I look at my account information, it shows my display name and user ID - and this is the email I would like to use.
