I am receiving many complaints in my organization that HTML emails are being received with MISC Characters appearing instead of formatted words. I see this in certain punctuation, not rendering correctly. Small occurrences from one unintended character appearing in an email to much larger occurrences where entire HTML emails are not formatting correctly. (See Example)

Is anybody seeing this? I notice it from a wide variety domains and it is happening to a non predictable number of users.
