We have the small O365 (P1) I think. Everything has been up and running fine for a few months now and our secretary is leaving. I initially set up her Outlook (we have 2007 on the computer) with an email address that uses her first name and then our domain name. Now a new girl is coming in to replace her and I would like to keep everything the way it is on this computer except change the first name of the email account to the first name of the new secretary. We have several calendars shared with this account from computers in the office using Office 2007 or Office 2010 and there is a bunch of business email we would like to keep on this computer too. I am hoping there is a way to change the name without having to start over from scratch with a new email address for the new secretary and then trying to remember or figure out how I got all of it set up the first time (shared calendars, etc.). When I look in account settings in Outlook the account is listed as Microsoft Exchange.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
