My domain name is christianandco.ca. It's a Canadian domain. I have set up a 30 day trial P1 plan (small business) account at Office365.com. All the name servers, DNS records have been corretly set up, at least I think so. However, I am not getting any inbound e-mail to the mailboxes for domain christianandco.ca. I do get inbound e-mail to the mailboxes for domain christianandco.onmicrosoft.com.
I tried the remote exchange connectivity tool at testexchangeconnectivity.com. For the inbound e-mail like jchristian@christianandco.ca, the error message is mailbox is not available. However, if I test it with e-mail jchristian@christianandco.onmicrosoft.com, it goes through successfully. In my account settings, those two e-mail point to the same box. I wonder if it has anything to do with the .ca domain.
Any suggestion is much appreciated.
