Hello,
We are currently experiencing issues with e-mails from our domain being bounced back by a particular customer of ours.
Their server indicates that there is an issue with the SPF record on spfd.bigfish.com (which is being included by our SPF record through include:outlook.com).
There is no issue with our DNS records (I am happy to provide unedited logs via private message), but the SPF included from outlook.com has an invalid include. I also get this issue when I send from my personal @outlook.com e-mail address.
Could you please confirm the issue with SPF records and provide an estimate when this should be resolved?
Regards,
Anthony
