Hi!
I have recently switched to using Mac Mail, iCal and Mac Address Book with Office 365. This has solved my email issue I was having with Outlook for Mac but now I have address book woes, lol! I love my Mac and find it intuitive etc but anyone who tells you they run smoothly is having a laugh.
Anyway, here's the issue..
When I update notes in Address Book on my Macbook the changes do not turn up in the notes in the same contact on 365. I think added contacts are sometimes turning up but not all of them.
Can you help? Clearly, given my experience, whatever system coming from a Mac can struggle to integrate well with Office 365. In the nicest possible way, if I cannot sort this I am going to have to try another solution.
