I have downloaded and updated all recommendations for making sure my desktop is compatible with Office365. I have installed office proffessional plus, etc. But my outlook desktop app never connects to the server. The email address I am using on outlook desktop is the same one I use on the web app, and the inbox is shared. My web outlook connects just fine but the desktop app always says "disconnected" and displays a caution "!" triangle icon. I cannot send or receive emails from my desktop app. How can I get it to connect?
