I'm trying to troubleshoot an email issue with office 365 outlook. About 50% of my inbound emails being received into my o365 account are getting "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)". About 50% are successfully received into office online. I can send from the o365 outlook account with no problems.
Actually my account has never been able to receive 100%, only send email.
I made a few updates recently trying to resolve this issue. Still not solved. Please help!
- 2 days ago I updated my Domain DNS settings for exchange such as:
- MX 0 @ xxxxxxxxx-net.mail.eo.outlook.com 1 Hour
- CNAME - autodiscover autodiscover.outlook.com 1 Hour
- TXT @ v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all 1 Hour
- I also created a few new o365 “users” with new email mailboxes but had to rename, then delete them so there were no duplicate users or email addresses
